Welcome to Little Adventure Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. Our books are made for children, but our store is designed to be used by parents, guardians, and gift-givers — not by children themselves.

2. Personalized Products

Artistic interpretation. Personalized characters — including characters inspired by a photo you provide — are artistic illustrations. We work hard to capture your child's likeness and spirit, but we cannot guarantee an exact replication of facial features.
Proof approval. Personalized books are printed only after you approve a digital proof. Please review proofs carefully; approved proofs define the final product.

3. Photos and Content You Submit

By submitting photos, names, dedications, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share them — including the consent of a parent or legal guardian for any photos of a child.
You grant us a limited license to use submitted content solely to create the product you purchased. We do not use your photos or your child's information for advertising or any other purpose without your explicit written permission.
Photo submissions are retained only as long as needed to produce and support your order, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to decline content that is unlawful, hateful, or inappropriate for a children's product.

4. Our Content

All stories, illustrations, characters, designs, and branding on this site are the property of Little Adventure Co. and are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a printed book for personal, non-commercial enjoyment — it does not transfer any ownership of the underlying stories or artwork.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud (with a full refund of anything paid).

6. Returns, Refunds, and Revisions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Adventure Co.'s total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
