Refund & Revision Policy

Every Little Adventure Co. book is printed just for you. Because of that, our policy works a little differently than a typical store — but our promise is simple: if we get something wrong, we make it right.
Personalized Books
Personalized books are custom-made products and cannot be returned or refunded once they have been approved for printing, except as described below.
- Digital proof before printing. For every personalized book, we email you a digital proof for approval before your book goes to print. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- Revisions. Up to two rounds of reasonable revisions (name spelling, dedication text, character selection) are included free before you approve your proof.
- Our mistake — free reprint. If your printed book doesn't match the proof you approved, or arrives with a printing defect, we will reprint and reship it free of charge.
- Mistakes in approved proofs. If an error you submitted (for example, a misspelled name) was visible in the proof you approved, we can't refund the order, but we will offer a replacement copy at a reduced price.
Non-Personalized Books
Our ready-made books are also printed on demand. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a free replacement.
- If tracking shows your order was lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate and reprint or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order for a full refund before production begins. For personalized books, that means any time before you approve your digital proof. Once a book has been sent to print, it can no longer be cancelled.
