Payment information: processed securely by Shopify's checkout and payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Personalization details you provide: for personalized books, this may include a child's first name, age, pronouns, a dedication message, language preference, and — for photo-personalized books — photos you choose to upload or email to us.
Device and usage information: standard website analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies through Shopify.

Children's Information — Our Commitments

Our store is designed for use by adults (parents, guardians, and gift-givers), and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Personalization details about a child are provided to us by you, the purchasing adult. By submitting them, you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have that person's consent.

We use a child's name, details, and photos only to create the book you purchased and to support your order.
We never use your child's photos or information for advertising, marketing, AI training unrelated to your order, or any other purpose without your explicit written permission.
We do not sell or share children's personal information.
Uploaded photos are deleted from our working files within 90 days after your order is completed, unless you ask us to keep them for a future order.
You may request deletion of your child's information at any time by emailing us — we will confirm once it's done.

How We Use Your Information

To create, print, and ship your books (including sharing necessary details with our print and shipping partners).
To send you order updates, digital proofs, and support responses.
To send marketing emails to you (the adult) if you've opted in — unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

Print-on-demand and shipping partners, who receive only what's needed to print and deliver your order (the book file and shipping address).

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order records as required for accounting and legal purposes. Personalization content (photos, proofs) is retained only as long as needed to produce and support your order, per the children's-information commitments above.
